Strength:

1) 7×1 Push Jerk + Split Jerk – heavy as possible but no misses, rest 90 sec

2) Hi-Bar Back Squat 5@70%, 5@75%, Max Effort @ 80% – rest as needed

Conditioning:

7 rounds for time of:

20 Push Press 75lbs
20 OHS 75lbs

-rest 5 minutes-

Row 1k @ 100%
