1) 15 minutes to
find a 1rm Power Clean, then: 2 Reps @ 90% & 2 Reps @ 80% – rest 60 sec.

2) 3×5 Push
Press – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec

3) 5×2 Clean
Pull – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec

Conditioning

KBS 32kg

Strict Pullups

Box Jumps 30″

For time.
