Strength

1) 15 minutes to find a 1rm Jerk then: 2 Reps @ 90% & 2 Reps @ 80% – rest 60 sec.

2) Back Squat: 2×3@65% – 2×3@75% – Max Effort @ 85% – rest 90 sec.

3) 3×5 Weighted GH Raise – rest 60 sec.

Conditioning

10 minute AMRAP of:

Run 200m
20 Burpees
