1: Work up to Heavy Single Power Snatch-limit to 5 attempts

2: 3×3 T-N-G Power Snatches @ 85% of heavy single

3: 5×2 Heaving Drop Snatch @ 100% of (1)

4: 5×2 1&1/4 Front Squat @ 100% of Clean max

5: 5×5 Weight Pullups @ 60% (deload)

Conditioning

10x HSPU *45# plate no abmat

20x GHDs

100x DU’s
