Strength

1a) Bench Press: 5×5 @ 60% – rest 60 sec.

1b) 5 x Max Effort STRICT Pullups – rest 60 sec.

2)    15 minutes Snatch practice/testing.

Work whatever portion is your biggest struggle. If you feel you have PERFECT
technique you may work up to a few heavy/maximal singles.

Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:

5 Deadlift @ 315#

10 Burpees

  1. Brandon . . . I have never done snatch before . . . best to just focus on technique – use just the bar for now? I watch the videos of people doing snatch and it looks like an intimidating movement which done wrong could be real bad. Thanks for the input.
