Strength:
A) 5×1 – 3 Pos Cl (hi hang, knee, floor) @ 2×75%, 2x 77.5%, 1x 80%
B) 5×3 – Clean Pulls @ 100% *focus on speed and height of bar. If bar is decelerating lower weight.

Conditioning:
10 min AMRAP of:
10x CTB Pullups
20x KB Swings @ 53#
30x DU’s

5+11 DU’s-should have got 6 rds

Midline:
3×10 – Strict TTB
3×10 – Weight GH Raises
