1: EMOM for 10 min perform 10x belt squats @ 125# as fast as possible.

2: 4×25 banded hamstring pulls *as fast as possible

Core work:

1: 4rds: 10x strict T2B/15x back ext w/50# kb

2: 4×5: strict L-pullups
