1: Belt Squats – 20×1 every 15 sec @ 150#

*focus on speed

2: Prowler Sprint – 10x 20 yd sprints every 45 sec with 100#

3: Lateral sled pulls – 5x 20 yd trips each leg

Auxillary work

100x GHD’s

100x KTE’s

With time remaining doing core work–planks, supermans, etc
