Strength:

1: work up to a good Snatch: 205#

2: Front Squat 12×2 @ 230# every 45 sec

3: Single leg goodmorning to step up 4×8 each leg

Conditioning:

9-6-3

DB hang clean

Push press

strict pullup

*use fat gripz on DB’s

 

felt good putting lifting semi heavy weight for the first time in a while. Still taking my time coming back.
